No two children are the same, and like you, we want the absolute best for every single one of them. That is why we take a dynamic approach when teaching, as this enables children and staff to learn what works best for your child together.
By treating children as individuals, we are able to tailor our approach to teaching, leading to a more enjoyable and engaging experience for every child. We also encourage children to develop independence, by putting everything at their level so they are able to pick and choose what they engage with.
We’re always looking to the next thing, and we reflect on our practice constantly. We believe that by assessing and evaluating our approach this will enable us to look to the future – to come up with new activities and learning experiences for children to enjoy and engage with.
We like to make everything fun, exciting, and educational (with the children often not even realising they are partaking in a learning activity!). Our nursery site has extensive grounds where we take regular walks with the little ones – exploring for mini-beasts, rabbits, and even Muntjac deer!
We understand how important the first five years of a child’s life are, and we feel privileged to play a role in preparing each child for the adventures that lay ahead of them, in school and beyond. We aim to deliver children with skills, both socially and practically that will enable them to succeed and thrive in later life – giving them a head start when it matters most.
